Roasted red pepper bisque - Sonoma Creek Chardonnay
SALAD:
American lamb Caesar – Alamos Malbec
FIRST COURSE:
Seared jumbo scallops with kiwifruit relish - St. Supery Sauvignon Blanc
SECOND COURSE:
Baby back pork ribs (Greco style) – Le Grand Noir Cabernet/ Shiraz
DESSERT:
Death by chocolate – Alamos Cabernet
